Rosemary Ferroni

Rosemary Ferroni is a trusted real estate advisor with over 37 years of experience and was one of the first female agents in Southern Ontario to be ranked in the top 1% of her field. Born and raised on Glendale Avenue in Hamilton’s East neighbourhood—where she continues to successfully sell an abundance of homes each year—Rosemary brings deep local roots and unmatched community insight to every client relationship. Her true passion, and lifelong forte, is helping clients buy and sell homes in Olde Town Stoney Creek, where she has proudly resided since 1980.

As the matriarch and founder of Rosemary Ferroni Real Estate Advisors, Rosemary is always “on duty,” whether supporting her husband, children, daughters-in-law or grandchildren. From preparing a home cooked meal before heading to a listing presentation to checking in on clients long after a deal has closed, her dedication knows no bounds. Known for her caring approach, extensive market knowledge, and renowned eye for preparing and staging sellers’ homes to maximize value, Rosemary is driven by a genuine commitment to making others successful.

In an age where technology leads the way, Rosemary remains the original at heart—thoughtfully sending personally selected, handwritten cards to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, and milestones, or to offer comfort in times of loss. She guides every client with honesty, patience, and heartfelt care, creating relationships that last far beyond the transaction.

Rick Ferroni

Rick Ferroni is a valued partner in life and business, bringing decades of hands-on experience, strong leadership, and deep local insight to the team. Born and raised on Collegiate Avenue in Olde Town Stoney Creek, Rick has lifelong roots in the community he proudly serves. His extensive professional background includes advanced Xerox sales training, which equipped him with the skills to successfully manage major accounts across Southern Ontario and build lasting client relationships. Affectionately known as the “King of the Ridge,” Rick is renowned for his exceptional knowledge of properties on and around the Stoney Creek Escarpment.

Together, Rosemary and Rick have built one of the area’s most trusted real estate partnerships, grounded in shared values, experience, and dedication. Having raised their family in Olde Town Stoney Creek, they bring both professional expertise and genuine personal connection to every client relationship. Rick serves as trusted counsel for the team, offering thoughtful guidance and steady leadership, while Rosemary and Rick work side by side to ensure every client feels supported. AJ Ferroni

AJ holds a Master of Education and was accepted into the PhD program at Arizona State University. However, due to visa requirements, he returned home to support the family real estate business. Born and raised in Olde Town Stoney Creek and now residing on the Stoney Creek Plateau, AJ brings strong local roots and a deep commitment to the community he serves. A devoted husband, stepfather, brother, and brother-in-law, he lives by the core pillars of faith, family, and business, which guide both his personal life and professional values.

His passion for education translates into a data-driven, research-based approach that helps clients achieve their real estate goals. Always staying active and committed to continuous learning, AJ combines personalized service with meticulous attention to detail, guiding clients confidently through every step of the buying and selling process.

Julie Whalen

Julie Whalen serves in a dual role as Director of Operations and Real Estate Advisor, bringing strong leadership and organization to the team’s day-to-day operations. Since joining the team in 2022, she has drawn on her extensive background in customer service and her Certified Training Practitioner (CTP) designation in adult learning to support both clients and colleagues with clarity and care. She has a keen eye and ear for her clients’ subtle needs, allowing her to anticipate concerns and deliver truly personalized service, along with a remarkable ability to circle back even months or years later with instinctive and intuitive precision to share timely, helpful information. A dedicated wife, mother and grandmother, Julie is passionate about helping buyers find their next chapter while ensuring every client feels confident, supported, and well cared for throughout their real estate journey.

Steve Mahler has been a valued member of the team since 2017 and is known for his exceptional attention to detail and his natural ability to keep clients calm, supported, and confident throughout the real estate process. Steadfast in his morals and deeply rooted in family values, Steve approaches every relationship with integrity and consistency, always staying the course. Born and raised in Hamilton, he brings strong local roots and a deep understanding of the communities he serves. Now living with his family, he also offers extensive knowledge of Thorold, St. Catharines, Niagara Falls, Welland, and Fort Erie, helping clients navigate each market with care and professionalism. Affectionately known among former and repeat clients as “the kind-hearted teddy bear,” Steve is admired for his warmth, reliability, and genuine dedication to every client’s success.

Alexandra Fritch has been a dedicated member of the team since 2018 and brings exceptional organization and clarity to every transaction. Born and raised in Ancaster, she is renowned for her ability to manage the chronological flow of each client's journey, ensuring every detail is documented and every client has the right information at the right time. A natural note-taker with a talent for getting straight to the point, Alexandra’s communication is thorough, accurate, and consistently spot-on. She manages each transaction with patience and structure, helping clients feel confident and supported throughout the process. With strong market knowledge of Stoney Creek Mountain, East Mountain, West Mountain, Ancaster, Dundas, and a special appreciation for Hamilton’s downtown core, Alexandra is a trusted guide for buyers and sellers alike.

Suzy Vieira joined the team in 2023 and brings a unique blend of heartfelt Portuguese hospitality, hands-on investor expertise, and boundless energy to every client relationship. Born and raised in rural Stoney Creek, Suzy offers expert knowledge of rural properties and a deep understanding of their unique features and requirements. A devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, she is known for her nurturing, client-first approach and her ability to make every client feel truly supported. Famous among friends and clients as one of Hamilton’s top bakers, Suzy brings the same passion and dedication to real estate as she does to her kitchen. With an energetic personality second to none and a results-driven mindset, if you want the property, she’ll   get it, and if you need it sold, she gets it sold.
